Coaching Services

We offer a number of coaching services including remote or one to one and small groups to work on technique and fitness. Contact us if you have any queries or any other requirements.

  1. Coach Plan
    £80 / pm (+ £80 set up)

  2. Coach Plus Plan

  3. Elite Plan
    £POA
    A package can be tailor made to fit your requirements including contact time, deck side coaching, event support. Message with your requirements.
  4. Bespoke Training Plan
    £35 / pm
    A bespoke training plan to target an event. Includes access to the club, a community where you can ask questions of me and other members. Minimum 3 months
  5. Mentoring
    £POA
    We offer a range of mentoring services which you can tailor to your circumstances from reviewing a current training plan, on site race support or just someone to bounce ideas off. Contact us with your requirements

  7. Swim Technique
    £70 / ph
    One to one swim tuition in any stroke to help you to improve in technique and to swim faster. You will receive feedback on your current stroke and be advised on ways to help improve your swim.
  8. Swim Technique Course
    £300
    A 5 hour course in swim technique to help you swim faster. you will receive feedback on your current stroke and be advised on ways to help improve this
  9. Swim Fitness Session
    £12
    A weekly fitness session with a group of like minded athletes. Please contact us for availability.
  10. Bike Analysis
    £250 / 2hr session
    A two hour session at a closed circuit for yourself and up to 3 others where we will help you with bike technique and advise on bike fit and test simple aerodynamic changes that can be made to give you "free speed"
  11. Run Technique
    £50 / ph
    one to one technique analysis of your run with feedback and advise on drills and correct form to help make you more efficient and to stay injury free
  12. Run Technique Course
    £225
    A 5 hour run technique course where we analyse your run form and build technique improvements over a 5 week period with advice on drills to help make you more efficient and to stay injury free
